REAL NIGERIAN MEN STAND BY THE WOMEN

It does not matter what you think, know or believe, what is important is the fact of the matter. From time immemorial it has always been the norm that the men of Nigeria stand firm and fervently so. They fight and protect their women, provide and ensure they are treated with dignity.

Yes of course, things do go wrong at times. Deviations from the norm, which are minute and Minor even, should not be viewed or considered the norm. Be the real Man, strive to remain the real man...

FILLING THE VOID...SPEAK OUT

What can make the men of a typical Nigerian community file out in the manner represented by this picture?

None Nigerians reading us, from where ever (Nigeria or any other part of the World), you can as well share your views, especially, if the picture speaks to you in the context of this discourse.

Please let's talk...

THOUGH THEY START LOCAL, CHANCES ARE THEY WILL GO PLACES...

THE NIGERIAN WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL WITHOUT EXPOSING HER BODY

Nudity and indecent dressing are not the way to go... young fashion designers take note. This may be one aspect of your business activities that you may look into to turn around the fortunes of your business. To the rest members of the Nigerian society, let me leave you with saying:

"You are addressed the way you are dressed". Behold these beautiful women and if you are not like them yet, there is something for you to emulate. Cheers!

SYSTEMATIC LAND TITLING REGISTRATION (SLTR): A SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT OF GIZ INTERVENTION IN PLATEAU STATE

I had informed you my esteemed reader in a previous publication on this platform that the Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit otherwise known as German Development Agency (GIZ) has been working hard in Plateau state to improve the business environment of the state. I promised to present in a subsequent publication the particular achievement of GIZ in this regard: helping the Ministry of Lands and Survey, Plateau state to dismantle, eliminate and indeed overcome the cumbersome processes and procedures associated with Land registration in the state.

I noted in this platform that Registering of property is one of the Business Enabling Environment (BEE) issues identified as a key aspect of the business environment in Nigeria, by the World Bank Doing Business Survey. To improve this situation in Plateau state, the German Development Agency (GIZ) has supported the Ministry of Lands and Survey, Plateau state to produce a new land Registration and management system known as the Systematic Land Titling Registration (SLTR). The aim is to improve the business environment in Plateau state by eliminating the constraints and encumbrances associated with land registration and administration in Plateau state.
