WORLD EARTH DAY 2023: JARDING READING GARDEN AND FRIENDS SET TO HELP YOU INVEST IN OUR PLANET

Entrepreneurship activities occur at different levels and in varied ways that impact the developed, underdeveloped and developing economies tremendously in multiple, fundamental and functional dimensions that recognize processes and procedures.

Entrepreneurship activities take place at the urban, semi-urban and rural communities, and require in most cases the skilled and unskilled workforce, and rely on modern and old techniques, to commence and complete the series of actions, processes and procedures required to translate ideas into end products and services that address human challenges.

With the above in mind, I wish to also note that entrepreneurship in its various forms and dimensions accommodates people of different educational qualifications: NCE and Diploma holders, graduates and undergraduates, including professionals from the different works of life and fields of endeavour. Similarly, entrepreneurship activities have never and will never discriminate against the so called illiterates and semi-illitrates.

This brief account will enable the reader to appreciate the publications on Isuikwuato Proverbs, coming very soon on this Platform. It helps to create a strong link between the reader, the proverbs and the prevailing circumstances in and around Isuikwuato that gave rise to the proverbs.

Isuikwuato from the ages past has always been blessed with men and women of high IQ, and for this reason Ndi-Isuikwuato or the people of Isuikwuato, is known by the other parts of Igbo land as people who will never speak unintelligently.

Your attention, dear esteemed reader, is drawn quickly to the fact that in the olden days, recordkeeping and documentation, in the western way were not only alien but totally strange to the locals, Ndi-Isuikwuato inclusive. Recordkeeping and documentation of events, good or bad, in particular the intangible heritage of the people were done through oral literature, such as: wise sayings, folklores, dance and songs, myths, legends, idioms and proverbs, which occupied very prominent place and position in the society. They served the purpose of preservation and transmission of stored messages: events, from person to person and from generation to generation.

PRANK WENT WRONG 4

"Oh my God!" my father inlaw exclaimed. "Children of nowadays will not kill us. What a wasted effort!"

"That was why I said you people should have listened to the young man in the first place. If you had done that, we wouldn't be here. However, now that we are here, what should be done should be done," Chief Afai submitted.

IT REALLY DOESN’T MATTER

Picture not related to the story

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE

The devil said to JESUS, “If you are GOD’s Son, tell this stone to turn into bread.”

(Luke 4:3, CEV)

Luke 4:3 KJV

And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of GOD, command this stone that it be made bread.

TODAY’S WORD

After *JESUS* was baptized, GOD the Father said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Then *JESUS* was led into the desert to be tempted. After forty days, the enemy spoke today’s Scripture. The devil was saying, “*JESUS*, prove that You’re really the Son of GOD.” *JESUS* refused. He said, “Man doesn’t live by bread alone.” He was saying, “I don’t have anything to prove. My Father announced who I am. I was His Son in the water, and I’m His Son in the desert. I won’t waste My time trying to convince you of who I am. I have a destiny to fulfill.”

As with *JESUS*, it really doesn’t matter what the enemy or other people think of you.

You have nothing to prove. When GOD looks at you, He says, “That’s My child, in whom I am well pleased.” Others may not be for you, they may try to discredit you or withhold their approval, but big deal. You are approved. You are accepted. You are anointed. Now step into your destiny.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, thank You that I can feel good about who I am because You made me just as I am and You are well pleased with me. Thank You that I can be free from trying to prove who I am to others. I’m happy to be Your child and to keep moving into my destiny. In *JESUS*’ Name, Amen.
