The Agwom Palace of the Afizere Nation located inside the 100 steps to the Ancient settlement of the Afizere people of Plateau State, Middle Belt, Nigeria.

OVERSEEING THE HIGHEST PEAK ON THE PLATEAU

Visited and climbed the100 steps to the ancient settlement of the Afizere People of Plateau State, North Central, Nigeria. Had an excellent view of Shere Hills, reputed as the highest peak on the Plateau, over 6000ft above the sea level.

History has it that until the coming of the British colonial masters to Nigeria, the people of Afizere lived in the hills.
