Ardent Kingdom minded, empowerment and impact driven Photography Masters beyond the shores of Nigeria: Germany, United Kingdom and the United States of America partly, and their Nigerian counterparts, assembled by the Media Unit of St Pirans Anglican Church on the Plateau, for a three days Photography Master Class in Jos, Plateau State, North Central Nigeria to redefine the art of Photography and build the capacity of the Kingdom-minded people interested in the Profession in Plateau state and Nigeria, as a whole.

The surprise expressed by many people with regard to Scoreline’s declaration of July 12th annually as a “Dark Day” is a clear indication that the idea is novel, therefore requires constant orientation, sensitization and awareness creation, and as a matter of fact, time for most members of the Nigerian public to understand that efforts such as this is paramount to the realization, collectively, of the Nigerian dream. Committed efforts by the private and public sectors working both independently and collectively at engaging, interacting and contributing consistently and significantly to the growth and sustainable development of the country are required on a continuous basis.

UNDERSTANDING THE PURPOSE OF DECLARING JULY 12TH ANNUALLY AS A DARK DAY BY SCORELINE


Recently, Scoreline in a publication made to the public declared July 12th every year a “Dark Day”. The declaration was in remembrance of those that loss their life in the school building collapse incident at a private school: Saint Academy Jos.

Since that publication, some people have sort to know the purpose and benefits of that declaration, the fact that Scoreline categorically noted that the details will be made available in subsequent releases and publications notwithstanding.

Marriage is an important socio-cultural institution recognized, accepted and respected by every responsible mature citizen in the society. It is the root and center for family formation. The union has a legal backing for purposes of procreation and companionship in order to live peacefully among themselves and the society. The universality in it is that every responsible and mature adult honours it and strife for it. Aside from man’s recognition towards marriage, God honours marriage very much for it is His institution for procreation/companionship, continuity/consistency for the existence of man and earth alike.
