POSITIVE ACTION, YOUR PIVOT TO SUCCESS

Positive action by a woman Group

The key to success is action. This is a common or popular maxim. But, in this piece, I beg to differ in a way with this Maxim, and on the strength of it, make a little adjustment to it.

The little adjustment I wish to make to the maxim, is to add "Positive" to it, so it now reads: 

The key to success is positive action.

Positive Action in the context of this piece, covers series of activities that include:

Mental and physical works, creative and innovative activities, conducted in the same location or at different places, stages, levels and periods, involving different strategies, tactics, approaches, methods and styles, but tailored, geared or targeted at doing, indeed, at carrying out, executing and delivering a predetermined task, assignment, goal and/or function.

Whether you are reading this piece silently to yourself, or for any reason, you decided to broadcast it loud to the hearing of other people, may be, close or distant relatives, new or old friends, partners or co-workers; or 

To the advicates of noble assignments or to the supporters of evil, the ugly at heart, those involved in one form of ignoble activity or the other, fact is, the message is delivered, and it's validity is not, has never and will never be in doubt. 

Of particular interest is the fact that the statement is simple, straight forward and clear.

 

Another positive action

Great that you interface with this piece, and has advanced to this stage, going beyond the first paragraph, an indication you are action oriented, result driven and positive minded, my guess. 

Another reason you read beyond the first paragraph, may be, is, you are the type that is always committed to deploying your labour: mind and body, and other resources, to carrying out activities, operations and tasks that provide you the opportunity to deliver successfully on your self-imposed mandate, of course producing desirable results. 

"Thank you for being who you are, a person of positive action". 

Keep on keeping on. Keep on pumping and pushing, keep maintaining your faith and standing by your principle, and of course, keep on standing with us as ardent reader of our posts on this platform.

Going forward, it is pertinent to point out that People take different actions, and of a truth deliver different results.

From experience, some actions are praise worthy, are publicly announced and are joyfully celebrated and massively embraced, and encouraged by the public. In the same vein, some actions, and their perpetrators are dispised, berated and condemned by the public. 

Positive actions, more often than not attract or produce positive results, commendations and praises as the rewards that follow them.

Negative actions on the contrary attract in most cases negative results: indeliblele bitter expressions and bad bloods. 

Negative actions are replete with painful experiences, comprised of wide spread condemnations, long hatred period and casting down, aspersions of different kinds, laying of causes and pouring out of different types of vituperation.  Mudslinging and vilification by the public are aldo attracted by negative actions.

Before signing off, I find it quite pertinent, indeed interesting to underscore with all seriousness the fact that 

"inaction" is also an "action" so to speak. 

As a matter of fact, "Action and "Inaction" produce their separate results, and similarly the reward that accrue from each of them also differs.

Each (Action and Inaction) ensures that the destination of choice of an action or inaction taker is reached or arrived "successfully". 

Leaning on the foregoing, I am tempted to ask the following questions:

• Is Inaction positive or Negative?
• Is Inaction a pivot to success or not?
