Atta Safiya Mansoor is a passionate advocate for the Persons-With-Disabilities (PWDs), those affected by Cerebral Palsy in particular.

Recently, October 6, 2025, in Jos, the capital of Plateau State, the body she founded, the Glowing Star Empowerment and Development Initiative (GSEID), joined the entire World to commemorate the World Cerebral Palsy Day, through a programme that the body put together that attracted majorly the people that are faced with the challenges of Cerebral Palsy, and their loved ones, the parents, other family members, guardians, friends and others.
